01Ownership

The software "RootX" (including its source code, assets, documentation, and related materials) is the exclusive property of Aurix Angary.

02License Grant

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use RootX for personal and professional software development purposes in accordance with this license.

03Restrictions

Users may not:

• Remove, alter, or replace any Aurix Angary or RootX branding, copyright notices, trademarks, or ownership information.
• Copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the software, except where expressly permitted by applicable law.
• Sell, sublicense, rent, lease, distribute, or commercially exploit the software under their own name or any third-party name without prior written permission from Aurix Angary.
• Redistribute the software, source code, compiled binaries, or modified versions without explicit written consent from Aurix Angary.

04Termination

Any violation of this license will automatically terminate the rights granted under this license.

05Disclaimer of Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

06Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL AURIX ANGARY BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

07Third-Party Components

RootX may include or interact with third-party software components that are governed by their respective licenses. Such components remain the property of their respective owners.
