RootX is designed as a local-first development environment.

No Personal Data Collection: We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal identification information (PII) to external servers.
No Analytics: We do not use third-party tracking or analytics SDKs to monitor your usage patterns.

2. Project Data & Storage

All data created within the App is stored locally on your device.

Workspace Location:/data/user/0/aurix.root.x/files/

Security: The Android operating system ensures that this data is isolated and cannot be accessed by other applications unless you explicitly export or share them.
Deletions: If you uninstall RootX, all data within the internal storage directory will be removed by the Android system.

3. External Connectivity

RootX only connects to the internet for the following user-initiated actions:

Engine Installation: Downloading language binaries (such as Go, PHP, Python, or Node.js) from verified GitHub releases.
Git Operations: If you use Git commands, data is transmitted only to the remote repositories you specify.

4. Permissions

RootX requests essential permissions to function:

Internet: Required for downloading development engines and Git operations.
Storage: Required only if you choose to open or save files outside the App's private workspace (e.g., on an SD Card).
